2. Description of Digital Services & Direct Provider Declaration

LifeGuide / Online Iskole (https://lifeguidex.com.lk) provides interactive primary education tools, Grade 1 to 5 model papers, AI-assisted tutoring, personalized learning modules, and educational report generation. All digital content and software services are 100% proprietary assets created, owned, and directly provided by spk keerthisinghe / LifeGuide.

LifeGuide / Online Iskole operates strictly as a direct digital service provider and does NOT operate as a multi-vendor marketplace, third-party broker, or escrow agent. We do not accept, collect, or process payments on behalf of third-party vendors, external sellers, or third-party tutors.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, users may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payments, Pricing & Subscriptions

Payments for digital services and premium subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized payment processors, including PayHere and 2Checkout (Verifone). All prices are displayed clearly prior to purchase in LKR or USD. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, model papers, AI tools, branding, text, graphics, and software on LifeGuide are the intellectual property of spk keerthisinghe / LifeGuide. Content is provided solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

6. Limitation of Liability

LifeGuide services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LifeGuide or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
